YOUR TASKS

  • You ensure smooth operations in administration and office management and keep daily processes running efficiently.
  • You coordinate contracts with clients, suppliers, and partners and manage key interfaces, such as external accounting.
  • You are responsible for insurance matters, funding programs, and compliance topics.
  • You oversee the billing process and keep an eye on key company performance indicators within controlling.
  • You support the management team in internal projects, such as process optimization, growth initiatives, or organizational development.
  • You actively design administrative processes and help build the department for the future.
