Head of Sales
With a team of 50 programmers, developers and digital experts based in Laives, Trento, Hamburg, and Halle (Saale), we support international companies on their digital journey. As a technology partner, we develop tailor-made B2C and B2B e-commerce solutions, interfaces, plugins, PIM systems and integrated software solutions.
To further drive our growth in the DACH region, we are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial-minded Head of Sales (m/f/d).
Location: Laives or Hamburg
- Develop and implement the sales strategy for the DACH region and actively drive growth
- Successfully position our services within the B2B SME sector
- Build and expand networks for customer acquisition and represent the company at trade fairs, conferences, and events
- Manage and monitor the sales pipeline, ensuring an efficient and customer-focused process
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify and leverage new opportunities
- Lead, motivate and develop the sales team while ensuring performance and results
- Take full responsibility for revenue, forecasting and reporting to the management team
