Sales Manager
With a team of 50 programmers, developers and digital experts based in Laives, Trento, Hamburg, and Halle (Saale), we support international companies on their digital journey. As a technology partner, we develop tailor-made B2C and B2B e-commerce solutions, interfaces, plugins, PIM systems and integrated software solutions.
To strengthen our growing sales team in Laives, we are looking for a Sales Manager to further expand our market presence in the German-speaking countries and in Italy.
- Ongoing market development to generate B2B leads for our software solutions
- Identification and proactive outreach to target companies
- Conducting introductory meetings, needs analyses, and pitches – by phone, email, online, and in person
- Managing new customers throughout the entire sales process, including preparing offers
- Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
- Organizing and attending client meetings and customer events

YOUR PROFILE
- Professional experience in B2B sales, ideally in software sales or similar roles
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Affinity for IT and solid technical understanding
- High level of self-motivation as well as a structured and independent working style
- Friendly, service-oriented demeanor with the ability to inspire customers
- Reliability and strong team spirit
- Excellent language skills in German, Italian, and English
