YOUR TASKS

  • End-to-end management and support of our customers throughout the entire project and customer lifecycle
  • Ensuring high customer satisfaction and long-term project success
  • Acting as the main point of contact for customers in software and e-commerce projects
  • Planning, preparing, conducting, and following up on regular customer meetings
  • Close collaboration and coordination with our internal development and project teams
  • Advising customers on digital solutions, further development, and optimization opportunities
  • Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities in cooperation with the sales team
  • Supporting the sales team in proposal preparation and customer meetings

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • High customer orientation and enjoyment of working with people
  • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
  • Professional and confident demeanor
  • Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Project Management is an advantage
  • Interest in digitalization, software, and e-commerce topics
  • Motivation to actively shape and develop the Customer Success area within a dynamic team
  • You speak both German, Italian and English
