- End-to-end management and support of our customers throughout the entire project and customer lifecycle
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction and long-term project success
- Acting as the main point of contact for customers in software and e-commerce projects
- Planning, preparing, conducting, and following up on regular customer meetings
- Close collaboration and coordination with our internal development and project teams
- Advising customers on digital solutions, further development, and optimization opportunities
- Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities in cooperation with the sales team
- Supporting the sales team in proposal preparation and customer meetings
