A new online sales channel for South Tyrolean gastronomic specialities
Simone and Alexander, owners of Alpenfein, have always believed in digital. They started from a small shop and needed to develop it further. For the relaunch of the online store, as a full technical partner, we took care of developing the new platform and making the management of activities more flexible.

We have supported the company in digitizing various processes, creating eCommerce with Shopware 6 from scratch. We have optimized performance, automated some processes such as electronic invoicing for Italy and sending shipments to couriers. Extensive attention was paid to the development of tailor-made plugins (frontend and backend). We also took care of the functional implementation of eCommerce and the interface for complete integration with the ERP. Today, the new store embodies the values of the company, telling every element of the brand’s DNA. A real tailor-made shop that, thanks to some features created ad hoc, stands out for a perfectly integrated experience.
