A spare parts shop that thinks ahead: Tailored B2B solution with direct SAP®-Integration
STULZ, a leading pioneer in the field of cooling solutions for reliable applications and data centres, approached us with a clear goal: to future-proof their internal B2B spare parts and service shop – scalable, efficient and seamlessly integrated into their SAP® landscape. While the shop already covered basic functionality, the aim was to significantly enhance reliability, stability, and performance. In addition, the user experience needed to be improved and internal processes better integrated.
One of the biggest challenges was the technical limitation of the current SAP® system integration. The new solution therefore had to provide robust technological stability, enable easy extensibility, and support complex customer workflows – especially by leveraging the SAP® Business Technology Platform (BTP) interface.

With 10 production sites and operations in over 140 countries, STULZ ensures precise temperature and humidity control for data centres, telecommunications, and industrial applications. The company focuses on energy efficiency and sustainability throughout its product development and manufacturing processes – delivering future-ready cooling systems.

We completely rebuilt the spare parts shop – both visually and functionally. A powerful new search feature and a centralized interface integrated into the SAP® Business Technology Platform (BTP) now form the foundation of a fully synchronized and high-performance solution.
At the core of the integration is SAP®’s BTP interface, enabling seamless communication with STULZ’s central SAP® system. As a certified SAP® partner with deep BTP expertise, we implemented an architecture that enables real-time data exchange – efficient, secure and ready to scale. Spare parts searches are now significantly faster and more precise, even with a large and complex product catalogue.
