B2B-Sales made smarter: TQ-Group’s journey to seamless system integration
TQ-Group, a leading technology service provider and electronics specialist, was looking for a solution to streamline their product sales processes and make their agents' work more efficient. The main challenge was to develop an online shop that would enable agents to create customized product lists based on customers’ specific needs. Additionally, the shop had to seamlessly integrate with existing systems like SAP, Akeneo PIM, and CRM.
Our task as software developers was to deliver a solution that simplifies product configuration while centralizing product data management. Our services included the development of an online shop, the implementation of Akeneo PIM for centralized product information management, and system integration through our 426Connect middleware.

During the project, we successfully connected TQ-Group’s online shops to their existing systems via our middleware 426Connect. This allowed seamless integration with SAP, Akeneo PIM, and CRM, ensuring efficient and error-free sales processes. We developed multiple sales channels for TQ-Group, including the following shops: robodriveshop.tq-group.com, shop.tq-group.com/emobility and embeddedshop.tq-group.com. These shops were built using Shopware 6, a flexible and powerful platform specifically suited for B2B solutions.
To optimize product data management, we implemented Akeneo PIM, enabling centralized maintenance of product information and seamless integration into the online shops. A key highlight of the project was the development of a modular product configurator, allowing agents to create customized product lists based on customer-specific requirements.
