In 2016, WAFIOS approached us with the challenge of developing an ordering system that could fully integrate all sales-relevant processes for tools used with WAFIOS machines. As experienced software developers, we embraced this challenge and delivered a tailored solution that met our client's specific requirements and business needs.

As a technical partner, we didn’t just develop the B2B portal but took ownership of the entire sales digitization process—from project planning and concept design to continuous development and support. Our primary goal was to reduce the workload on WAFIOS’s sales team, cut costs for small part sales, and simultaneously offer customers an optimized service experience through improved functionality.

A standout feature of the project was the creation of a spare parts finder as a live service directly connected to SAP. This innovative solution allowed WAFIOS customers to quickly and accurately locate the spare parts they needed.
